| 摘 要： | 提高教学质量是高等教育永恒的主题和中心工作。运用文献资料调研、问卷调查等方法,对上海市3所体育院校进行调查,结果表明:上海市3所体育院校教学质量状况整体较好;3所学校体育教育专业毕业生毕业获得背景变量除应用知识水平与硬件保障没有显著性相关外,其余皆具有显著性或高度显著性相关;3所学校在教学管理体系整体上没有显著性差异,但两校之间比较,部分管理环节有显著性差异,在教学研究体系上,华东师范大学体育与健康学院与上海师范大学体育学院有显著性差异,华东师范大学体育与健康学院明显优于上海师范大学体育学院。

| Abstract: | It is the focus and main task of higher education to improve the teaching quality.By using the method of literature investigation and questionnaire,this paper made a survey on three physical education institute in Shanghai.The result showed that the teaching quality of three physical education institutes was good on the whole.The dependent variable of achievements of graduates from three institutes has a remarkable or highly remarkable correlativity with all independent variables except applied knowledge level and teaching equipment and that the teaching administration systems of three institutes show no any difference wholly,while some sections of the three administrative systems do have remarkable difference between each other.Physical education institute of East China Normal University and physical education institute of Shanghai Normal University has remarkable difference on teaching research system,the former is obviously better than the latter. |
