摘    要:大学生的综合素质不仅是企业选用人才的一项重要指标,也是高校在人才培养方面和推进全面素质教育过程中所面临的十分重要的问题.文章在以科学性、导向性、全面性、层次性、个性化以及可操作性为原则的基础上,构建了大学生综合素质评价指标体系,采用层次分析法对各层次的指标进行赋权,对影响大学生综合素质的11个因素的重要性进行排序,进而利用模糊综合评判方法建立大学生综合素质评价模型.评价结果与实际情况一致,能很好的反映大学生的综合素质,具有一定的实用性.

Abstract:University student's overall quality is not only the enterprise selects the talented person is an important target,is also the university,in the personnel training aspect and advances the very important question which in the comprehensive education for all-around development process faces.The article take the scientific nature,the explorative,the integrity,the hierarchical,the personalization as well as the feasibility as in the principle foundation,has constructed the university student overall quality evaluating indicator system,uses the analytic hierarchy process to carry on to various levels target bestows on the power,to affects the university student overall quality 11 factor importances to carry on sorting,then the use fuzzy synthesis judgment method establishes the university student overall quality evaluation model.The measure results are consistent with the actual situation,can the very good reflection university student's overall quality,have certain usability.
