对速度轮滑初级教学方案的实验研究

摘    要:以往轮滑初级教学多采用手扶栏杆或他人搀扶2种方式试图实现助学,效果不尽人意。通过多年教学实践总结了一套借助助学器进行轮滑初级教学的方案,较好地解决了教学中对学生的保护与帮助问题,明显缩短了“站立—行走—走滑—滑行”4个学习阶段的过渡时间,教学效果良好。

Abstract:The effect is not so good as the two aid way by railing and others' support can help the beginners in speed roller skating. With multi-years teaching practice, the author finds out a primary teaching project on assistant equipment for speed roller skating. The method may better help and protect the beginner and markedly shorten the time of four phases learning "stand, walk, slide, skate" in good teaching effect.
