| 摘 要： | 分析了现今新建本科院校中开展青年教师导师制的现状和存在的问题,并针对这些问题,就导师选择、导师职责确定、配套设施完善和加强监管等方面提出了相应对策。实践证明,这些对策在培养青年教师成长方面的作用是明显的。

| Abstract: | The present situation and problems in the young teacher tutorial system are analyzed in this paper.And the countermeasures are put forward in such aspects as selection of tutors,specifications of tutors ’ duty,perfection of stipulation and the strengthening of supervision.It has been proved that the reform is obviously effective in cultivating young teachers ’ abilities. |
