摘    要:根据水果检测系统需求,采用图形化编程语言LabVIEW和Matlab混合编程设计了三菱PLC和Pc机间的串口通信.介绍了三菱FX2N系列PLC编程口通信协议编写通信程序的方法,利用LabVIEW实现了Matlab和PLC的通信控制,并将该通信方法应用于水果自动检测和分级中。

Abstract:According to the fruit detection system requirements, and by means of the mixed programming of graphical programming language LabVIEW and Matlab, serial port communication between Mitsubishi PLC and PC is designed. This paper introduces communication programming method of FX2N Mitsubishi series PLC programming mouth communication protocol, and realizes the communications control of MATLAB and PLC by using LabVIEW. The communication method is also applied to fruit automatic detection and classification.
