| 摘 要： | 新建本科院校由于其在生源质量、教师队伍的专业素养、教学质量管理等方面比较薄弱,严重影响了学生毕业设计(论文)的质量。因此,通过构建长效的教师培养机制、建立严格科学的质量监管体系、探索教学改革有效路径,对于新建本科院校提高毕业设计(论文)质量来说,具有十分重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Due to the unique experiences and tradition,newly-established undergraduate colleges and universities are relatively weak in the quality of students,teachers and teaching management.This has seriously affected the quality of students ’ graduation design/thesis Therefore,to improve the quality of graduation design/thesis,these colleges and universities should build a long-term and effective teachers ’ training system,establish a strict scientific quality supervision system,and conduct an effective teaching reform. |
