摘    要:以2009~2011年常熟理工学院食品质量安全专业的就业情况为样本,对就业率、就业地域、就业企业性质进行统计,分析食品质量与安全专业本科生就业现状以及影响应用型食品类本科毕业生就业的主要因素,从学校、学生、企业三方面提出了改善就业的措施和建议.

Abstract:Based on the employment status of the graduates of food quality safety major from Changshu Institute of Technology in the years from 2009 to 2011,statistics are made of the employment rate,the employment domain,and the characteristics of the employment enterprises.Besides,an analysis is made of the employment status of food quality and safety professional undergraduates and primary factors to influence the employment of applied food professional undergraduates.Some measures and suggestions are put forward to improve employment in three aspects including colleges,students and enterprises.
