| 摘 要： | 随着经济的飞速发展以及政策的不断完善,我国的软件业与其他软件大国的差距逐渐缩小。从软件开发管理的角度,对中印两国的软件产业的发展,进行分析和研究,总结各自的优缺点,提出一些相应的改进意见,希望以此对我国的软件产业发展提供一定的借鉴。
