| 摘 要： | 通过对我国农村体育文化特点的研究,明确我国现阶段农村体育文化工作重点:坚持政府主导和农村自主发展相结合,保障农村体育文化建设中农民的文化主体地位;坚持政府投入与市场融资相结合,创新公共投入机制;尽快建立多元化的农村体育文化发展评价体系;坚持均衡发展与非均衡发展相结合,切实将以点带面工作落到实处.
