Abstract:On the basis of the theory method of the Hidden Markov Model(HMM),simulation tests on acoustic signal of rolling bearing of the four important parts as the outer ring,the inner ring,the rolling element and the cage are carried out within the Matlab and the Visual C++ platform in this paper.At the same time,the development of the system of fault diagnosis,and the resulting of experiments,within the Matlab and the Visual C++ platform are compared and analyzed.Experiments results prove that the simulation test on fault diagnosis within Matlab is simpler and more convenient and the system of fault diagnosis with high diagnosis accuracy and fast speed can developed in Visual C++.
