| 摘 要： | 网络释压是当前大学生释放心理压力的主要形式，网络的特点和功能使其成为大学生释放心理压力的最佳场所。但网络释压的同时，也容易导致一些问题，比如：对网络的过分依赖、价值信仰的偏离、道德行为的庸俗化及网络环境的恶性循环等。通过开展网上思想政治教育、培养大学生良好的自我网络行为、建立良好的网络秩序和建设网络宣传舆论阵地等措施，可以有效地矫正这些问题，引导大学生正确地通过网络释压。

| Abstract: | Releasing pressure through internet is an important form in the process of undergraduate releasing their pressure.The traits and functions of internet make it become a most suitable location.But releasing pressure through internet can cause some problems easily,such as depenging on internet thickly,departure of value and devotion,philistinism of moral and a vicious circle of internet environment,ect.Through developing idea and politics education in internet,cultivating favourable self-internet behavior,founding nicer network order and constructing ntework propagandized position and so on,we can rectify these problems effectively. |
