| 摘 要： | 作为高职教育的重要因素，校内实践实训的主要途径为：加大投入，加强校内实践教学设施建设；挖掘校内资源，利用一切机会训练学生的实践能力。其主要目标是培养学生的综合职业能力，促使学生把知识转化为能力，调整学生就业观念，拓宽就业门路。
