| 摘 要： | 随着高等教育大众化和就业市场化,高校的就业指导工作不仅攸关学生个体和高校,还攸关社会的和谐与稳定,已经成为现代高等教育的一项重要内容。因此高校的就业指导工作需要向专业化、职业化和专家化的方向发展。但是,高校在学生就业上存在自尊脆弱与能力欠缺问题,需要加强能力建设,发挥高校优质的就业指导服务。

| Abstract: | With higher education "popularization" and employment "market-oriented", college employment guidance work, concerning social harmony and stability as well as colleges and students, has become an important part of modern higher education. Therefore, employment guidance in colleges needs to be developed in the direction of specialization, professionalization and being experts. However, colleges have problems of "fragile self-esteem" and "low ability" in college students’ employment, and need to enhance the ability and give full play to college employment guidance. |
