| 摘 要： | 我国现阶段的所有制结构是“公有制为主体,多种所有制经济共同发展”,党的十五大将它确立为社会主义初级阶段的一项基本经济制度。这既是对十一届三中全会以来关于所有制的认识的高度概括和总结,也是对所有制结构问题研究的一种新的突破。而所有制结构的各个组成部分总是随着实践的运动变化在不断地运动变化,调整和完善所有制结构将是今后经济体制改革的重大任务。所以关于所有制结构的深刻涵义及变化趋势、所有制的存在形式尤其是公有制的替换形式、公有制的实现形式以及相关问题争论不断,提出了各种各样的看法。有必要将近几年来人们的主要观点进行综述,以备同仁研究参考。

| Abstract: | The ownership structure existing in China is "the mutual development pattern for diversified ownership with the public ownership economy as the mainstay", which was established as basic economic institution at primary stage of socialism at the 15th Party Congress. It not only highly summarized the ownership structure since the 3rd Session of 11th NPC but also broke through the problem of ownership structure. However, there are still disagreements and ideas on it, which center on its profound implications, change trend, existing forms, especially for alternative forms of public ownership, realization forms and other related problems. |
