| 摘 要： | 第四次宪法修正案明确使用了私有财产权的概念,这就使得对私有财产权的保护更为完整,也为国家制定保护公民私有财产权的有关法律法规提供了更完备的宪法依据。本文通过一些事例来说明第四次宪法修正案之规定不仅是写在纸上的条款,更是通过宪法要求国家权力给予充分保障的公民本来就应该享有的基本权利。

| Abstract: | The 4th Amendment to the Constitution has clearly applied the concept of "private property", which makes it more complete to protect the private property and also provides more constitutional evidences for the establishment and protection of the citi- zen's private property. In this article, the author will elaborate that the 4th Amendment to the Constitution is not only some provi- sions written in the book, but the citizen's essential rights which they should enjoy of course and should be fully protected through constitution. The constitution acquires nation power to provide citizens with full protection. |
