| 摘 要： | 发展现代服务业是我国经济发展模式转变的重要战略,现代服务业发展的根本是人才,高等院校是人才培养的重要基地和主要供给渠道。但是,一些高等院校的人才培养模式与现代服务业未能实现很好的对接,使之培养的人才难以适应现代服务业的职业需求。结合天津职业技术师范大学的教学实际,探讨了对接现代服务业需求的应用型人才培养的实现路径。
