| 摘 要： | 企业文化体现了社会历史进步的客观要求；在企业文化建设中，应贯彻和谐理念，坚持以人为本，不断吸收企业的优秀文化成果，营造有时代特色和企业自身特色的企业文化。本文从理论与实践的结合上论述了企业文化以和谐文化为核心，坚持以人为本，加强企业文化建设，是时代发展赋予的任务。
