| 摘 要： | 高校教学管理制度要着力体现以学生为本的现代教学理念，形成以增强教学管理“人性化”教学管理制度的服务内涵，以学生自主发展为特征的符合时代和社会发展以及教育者身心发展规律的现代教学管理制度体系，这应该成为当前各高校管理者着力思考的问题的推进教学管理制度改革的方向。

| Abstract: | The institute's rules and regulations should incarnate the idea of people-oriented and form serving connotation of people-oriented and form the system of modern teaching and management that accord to the developing of times and society and accord to the self-determination developing character of students. These should be the reformational way that the institute's handlers must think it over and to advance the system of management of teaching. |
