| 摘 要： | 信任是企业经济运行和发展、实现企业目标的重要资源。家族信任在家族制民营企业的创业及小规模的稳定经营中起了重要作用，但当家族制民营企业要扩大规模发展壮大，家族信任又成了一种阻碍和制约因素，因此要实现家族制民营企业的创新发展，必须把家族信任扩展为社会信任。

| Abstract: | The confidence is an important resource in operating and developing enterprise e-conomy,as well as in carrying out its target. Family confidence has played a major role in forming an undertaking of a private enterprise under family system,and in its steadily running at small scale. But, when a family enterprise wants to expand its scale,family confidence becomes a hindrance,therefore,to carry on the innovative developing of a family enterprise, have to expand the family confidence turn into social confidence. |
