| 摘 要： | 通过调查表明，湖南省中学体育骨干教师队伍的人员构成、学历职称、知识能力结构、学习理念等方面存在着诸多问题，分析了产生这些问题的原因，并提出了提高中学体育骨干教师队伍素质的建议，力图为中学体育骨干教师的培训提供参考。

| Abstract: | Investigation shows that there are many problems in the constitution,academic records,academic titles,structure of knowledge and ideas about learning for middle school core P.E. masters in Hunan Province. Suggestions as to promotion of the quality of these P.E. masters are given. |
