大学创新型学习环境:内涵、特征及优化策略

摘    要:学习环境的创新是大学创新教育的重要因素,是创新人才培养的必要条件。文章基于创造力和学生学习理论,阐释大学创新型学习环境的多重内涵和作用机制,结合国内外的典型案例,分析其主要特征和发展趋势。文章进一步剖析当前大学创新型学习环境构建中的问题,探讨其优化策略,具体包括:改变"重设计轻教育""重实践轻研究"的现状;关注创新和传统之间的潜在摩擦;关怀中国学生的文化基因和独特性;加强组成要素的整合和协作;警惕学习环境的"负面创新"。

Abstract:The innovation of learning environment is an important element of university innovation education,and also a necessary condition for creative talents’cultivation.Based on creativity and student learning theories,this paper explains the multiple connotations and functional mechanisms of university innovative learning environments.It summarizes the main characteristics of university innovative learning environments by introducing several typical cases.It then further analyzes the problems existing in current construction of university innovative learning environments and discusses possible optimal strategies,which include:put more emphasis on research instead of solely on design;pay attention to the potential frictions between innovation and tradition;take the cultural genes and uniqueness of Chinese students into consideration;strengthen the integration of components;and be aware of"negative innovation".
