| 摘 要： | 普通高校体育教师专业化是一种发展趋势，但是目前普通高校体育教师专业化的发展现状仍不容乐观，依然存在很多问题。本文首先分析了体育教师专业化的内涵，然后总结了普通高校体育教师专业化的现状及存在的问题，并针对存在的问题，提出了普通高校教师专业化发展的具体建议。

| Abstract: | Physical education teacher professionalization is a trend, but physical education teachers＇ professional development status is still not optimistic, many problems still exist. This paper first analyzes the content of physical education teachers specialized, then summed up the situation and the existing problems of the physical education teachers specialized, and put forward specific recommendations for the professional development of college teachers. |
