| 摘 要： | 本文采用文献资料、调查访问、数理统计等方法，分析中美竞技体操后备人才培养模式，研究发现美国竞技体操后备人才培养模式是以俱乐部与学校作为培养人才基地，以市场为导向，采用体教结合，丰富的赛制以及公平的选拔人才制度，这种模式具备可持续良性发展的功能。在借鉴美国成功模式的基础上．提出我国竞技体操后备人才培养模式的改革措施。

| Abstract: | Through reference materials, investigating and statistics, the paper analyses the Chinese and American training patterns of the reserve talents of artistic gymnastics. The American pattern is shown as the mixture of choosing clubs and schools as train bases for the talents, and market - oriented, combination of sport and education, various and reasonable match - system, fair selecting system. The pattern has the function of fine and sustainable development. Based on studying the American success pattern, the paper presents the reform project of the Chinese patterns of the reserve talents of artistic gymnastics. |
