| 摘 要： | 学生社区育人理念是近年来高校学生工作的新理念、新思维，是在我国古代传统书院的基础上，借鉴国外住宿学院制的成功经验和社区自治理论，适应我国本科人才培养模式改革需要而提出的创新学生工作模式。目前学界关于学生社区研究的文章较多，但多停留在社区文化建设和社区管理等层面，对学生社区本身的科学内涵研究较少。为此，应探寻高校学生社区理论渊源，以界定其概念、明确其目标、强化其功能、梳理其意义。

| Abstract: | It is a new idea to exert the role of student communities in education. It inherits the tradi- tion of ancient Chinese academies, learns from foreign accommodation college system and community autonomy theory, and meets the demands of the reform in undergraduate training mode. In order to better exert its role in education, we find it necessary to define its range, goal and functions. |
