| 摘 要： | 由于研究生自身素质参差不齐、导师指导不力、相关教育部门工作不到位，研究生学位论文在选题、学术行为、理论基础以及写作规范等方面存在不少问题。因此，亟需通过国家相关部门、学位授予点、高等学校三者协同合作，以及研究生自身的努力等措施，建立研究生学位论文全面质量保障体系，从而提高研究生学位论文质量。

| Abstract: | Quite a few problems have emerged in dissertation writing ranging from the choice of thesis topics, academic behaviors, the laying of theoretical foundation to the specifications in thesis writing. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a quality guarantee system combining the functions of the rele- vant state departments, degree-conferring institutions and colleges. |
