| Abstract: | Teaching the attack and defense meaning in traditional Chinese Taiji Quan is advantageous and feasible,compared to traditional teaching methods.The teaching method can arouse the interests of students,improve the understanding of separate movements and make the most of expressing the connotation and characters of traditional Chinese Taiji Quan. |
