| 摘 要： | 文章运用文献资料法,结合教学实践经验,针对武术课的教学特点,分别从启发式教学法、能力培养法、合作学习法、多媒体教学法以及课内外一体化教学法五个方面论述了武术教学的方法及其在实际教学中的运用,旨在提高高校体育专业武术课的教学质量及其效果。

| Abstract: | With the method of literature,combining practical teaching experience,aiming at the characteristics of Wushu teaching,the paper does the study and discussion on Wushu Teaching methods and their application in teaching from five aspects：heuristic model of teaching,ability improvement method,cooperation method,multi-media teaching method and integration of in and outside class teaching method,tries to improve the teaching quality and effect of Wushu for P.E.majors. |
