| 摘 要： | 在和谐社会的今天,太极拳＂中和之美＂作为中国太极拳美学所追求的最高境界,它的美是独特的,传递着中国人的审美理想,也是中华五千年悠久历史文化温润的结果。文章从太极拳的弧形、意境、张弛、刚柔等四方面阐述了太极拳之美,为进一步挖掘和整理太极拳美学思想提供了理论基础。

| Abstract: | In today harmonious society,the beauty of Taijiquan with its harmonious cooperation,as the the highest aesthetic realm of Chinese Taijiquan,can show its unique feature and express the aesthetic ideal of Chinese,being the effect influence by Chinese 5000-year historical culture.From the arch movement,mood,power and sofeness,four aspects,the paper studies the beauty of Taijiquan,tries to do further excavation of the aesthetic thoughts of Taijiquan. |
