| 摘 要： | 高校大学生的创新能力培养一直以来都是我国高等教育研究的核心内容,为了适应社会对人才创新能力的需求,本文结合信息管理专业在社会需求和人才培养的具体特点和要求,利用基于问题学习(PBL)相关方法和理论构建了信息管理专业学生创新能力培养体系,从多层次、多角度进行了考虑和设计,并通过示例进行了说明,为具体的实施提供了较为有价值的参考。

| Abstract: | To train the innovative ability of college students is always the core of China＇s higher education research,in order to meet the social demand for talents＇ innovation ability,the paper combines the specific characteristics and requirements of the social needs and talent training to information management,and constructs the training system of creative ability for students in information management specialty based on Problem-Based Learning（PBL） and theory.The system is considered and designed from multi-level and multi-dimension,which is demonstrated with some examples,and provides valuable reference to the specific implements. |
