| Abstract: | In recent years, the practical exploration and theoretical research on training top -notch in- novative talents increasingly get attention, and the content inferring to the connotation, training ideas, selec- tion and management, law of growth, the training mechanism of top - notch innovative talents, etc. However, there is the problem that ＂ Lack of Moral Education＂ and ＂ Shortage of Art Education＂ in re- search and practice. |
