灵芝孢子粉对力竭小鼠抗氧化、抗损伤的作用

摘    要:目的:探讨补充灵芝孢子粉对小鼠力竭游泳后肝脏抗氧化、抗损伤的作用。方法:建立灌服灵芝孢子粉小鼠力竭游泳实验模型,测定小鼠血清测谷丙转氨酶(CPT)、肌酸激酶(CK)活性,肝脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(CSH—Px)活性、丙二醛含量(MDA)含量。结果:小鼠力竭运动后,三个给药小鼠血清CTP、CK活性均低于对照组,肝脏SOD、GSH—Px活性均高于对照组;其中与中剂量组均差异非常显著(P〈0.01),与低剂量组差异显著或非常显著(P〈0.01或P〈0.05),与高剂量组差异显著或无显著性差异(P〈0.05或P〉0.05)。结论:补充灵芝孢子粉可以增强机体抗氧化能力,减少肝脏细胞的损伤,另外补充灵芝孢子粉600mg/kg·d对小鼠抗氧化损伤作用效果较好。

Abstract:The purpose of this article is to study the effects of Ganoderma Lucidum Supplementation On exhausted small mice's liver resistance to oxidation and injury. Method: An experimental Model of exhausted swimming mice fed with Lucidum Supplementation wasestablished to measure The activities of serum GPT, CK and fiver SOD,GSH- Px,concentration of MDA.After exhausted exercise,three taking dose groups' activities of serum GPT,CK were lower than contrast groups and fiver SOD,GSH - Px were higher than contrastgroups, significantly obvious with middle dose group ( P 〈 0.01 ), Significant or significant obvious with low dose group( P 〈 0.01 或 P 〈 0.05), not obvious with low dose Group. Conclusion: administration of Lucidum could effectively eliminate free radical of exhausted exercise, increased body antioxidant ability,refieve injury of liver cell,600mg/kg·d lucidumhed better effect on mice antioxidant injury.
