| 摘 要： | 弗鲁姆期望理论认为,激励、动机是效价、期望值与工具性三个共同因素的乘积,这一理论也适用于大学生思想政治教育方面。在弗鲁姆期望理论的指导下,对大学生进行适当的引导,从价值观、目标以及需求等各个方面,激发他们思想政治学习的积极性,是对思想政治教育工作的一个重大突破。

| Abstract: | Vroom＇ s expectancy theory proposes that motivation is the product of three elements： valence, expectancy and instrumentality. This theory can also be applied to the ideological and political education theory of college students. The exploration and combination of the three elements will show the best way of the college students＇ ideological and political education. |
