| 摘 要： | 高校作为一个智力平台，较社会其他群体而言是影响社会及政治生活发展进程及其取向的强势群体．而当前备受社会关注的高校学术不端行为与高校的社会责任背道而驰，这些行为严重玷污了神圣的高等教育，也影响到高校在社会中的形象问题，治理学术不端行为已成为高校廉政建设的重要内容。文章基于对学术不端行为的深层次原因透视分析，提出要构建文化导向与人格诉求、道德教育与规范管理、社会监督与严肃处理、立法建设与制度完善相结合的高校学术不端行为的治理体系。
