| 摘 要： | 改革开放30多年来,我国中小企业发展迅速,取得了举世瞩目的成就,已成为我国经济社会发展中的重要力量。2008年,国际经济形势风云突变,美国爆发的金融危机迅速蔓延全球,我国的中小企业受其波及面临严峻考验,面对突如其来的变化,只有不断提升创新力才是中小企业生存和发展的重要抉择。
