| 摘 要： | 高职教育的重点是对学生实际动手能力的培养，而“双师型”师资队伍又是教学的核心。“双师型”师资队伍建设是增强高职教育特色、培养学生创新和实践能力、提高教学质量的关键。通过分析目前高职院校“双师型”师资队伍建设存在的问题，提出了加强“双师型”师资队伍建设的途径。

| Abstract: | The training of student's practical ability is the is the focus of Higher Vocational Education,and the team of dual-teacher is the centre of teaching.The construction of the team of dual-teacher is makes widely known as the key of emphasizing the special characteristic of Higher Vocational Education,raising the ability of student's innovation and the practice,improving the teaching quality.This study aims at the questions consist in the process of build the team of dual-teacher,bring forward countermeasures.Discuss the patch of enhance build the team of dual-teacher. |
