摘    要:中国传统健身术是以经络学说、天人合一学说、生命学说等理论为基础 ,通过调身、调心、调息 ,导引气机、导引呼吸、导引形体 ,使人体处于一种相对稳定的状态 ,维持和增进身体健康的一类专门锻炼身体的方法。其不仅在理论上受到传统文化思想的牵引和指导 ,而且也在行为方式上受其规范。传统健身术实质上就是一类调节术、平衡术、导引术。

Abstract:Traditional Chinese body-building exercise is a kind of exercise which is based on some theories such as jingluo doctrine, doctrine of well-adjusted nature and man and life theory. By recuperating body, mind and energy, building the mechanics of energy, breath and body, man shall be in a balance status which will maintain and promote body health. This exercise is not only affected and guided by traditional Chinese culture, but also standardized in the behaviors by it. Naturally, traditional Chinese body-building exercise is a kind of exercise for body's adjustment, balance and steering.
