| 摘 要： | 本文通过心理测量来研究高职院校学生的职业倾向,研究结果表明高职大一学生的职业倾向与高中所学的知识、所受的训练有关;高职院校毕业生的职业倾向基本符合高职院校的培养目标,但学生缺乏自知力;高职院校毕业生在就业中显示出偏高的期望值、盲目性及理想化的倾向。
