| 摘 要： | 在高等教育日益大众化的今天,应运而牛的就业指导课程面临着巨大的提高就业素质的压力.传统的开设讲座方式只能满足知识传授的目的,对于真实提升学生综合素质却收效甚微.为此,笔者提出应根据就业指导课程的目的,确定其"综合素质教育"的课程内涵,并据此确立以学生实践活动为中心,以学生获得体验、领悟为目标,以专题讲座和各专业学生实践训练相结合为形式的全新就业指导教育课程体系.

| Abstract: | The career guidance course is confronted with the compressive stress of promote career quality.Traditional course of lectures make against promote career quality.Then,the author points out that should establish the connotation of comprehensive quality education and build up the new career guidance course system which is provided with the core of students' practice active,objective of gaining experience and apperception,and with the form of special topics lecture combining professional practical training. |
