| 摘 要： | 建构多方位统一的实践教学体系是加强秘书职业能力训练的关键，其基点是秘书行业的职业能力要求。本文认为：这个体系包括理论教学与实践教学协调统一，课内实训教学与课余校内实习协调统一，课外活动与课堂教学协调统一，校企合作教学等四个成分，构成了一个秘书职业能力形成、提高、巩固和拓展的序列。
