| Abstract: | The development of west China is a great but hard and time_taking social systematic project, which requires the local people to get rid of the following wrong ideas: first, attaching too much importance to exploitation of natural resources while ignoring that of human resources; second, caring more for economic benefit than ecological benefit; and third, being blindly optimistic. Only by emancipating mind and renewing ideology can the development of their economy be sustainable, rapid, and healthy. |
