| 摘 要： | 辅导员是高职院校教师队伍和管理队伍的重要组成部分,是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,是高职院校学生日常思想政治教育和管理工作的组织者、实施者和指导者。实践表明,辅导员的忠诚奉献是高职院校求发展、大学生提高素质的关键,高职院校辅导员作为特殊的职业,对其职业的忠诚已经成为影响创造价值的根本因素。
