粉煤灰在混凝土中的强度贡献

摘    要:粉煤灰在混凝土中的强度贡献与W/C的大小密切相关。在中高W/C下,粉煤灰28天内对强度的贡献是有限的,W/C愈大,贡献程度愈小;到90天以后,随着龄期的增长和粉煤灰活性的发挥,其对强度的贡献逐渐增大,粉煤灰混凝土强度将会逐渐赶上或超过基准混凝土。在低W/C下,粉煤灰掺量在一定范围内增加不会明显引起混凝土早期强度下降,W/C愈小,粉煤灰对混凝土强度贡献愈大,建议粉煤灰应作为混凝土中一个独立组分参与配合比设计,才能最充分利用粉煤灰在混凝土中的作用。

Abstract:The contribution of fly ash to the strength of concrete is closely related to the ratio of W/C. Under medium and high W/C, fly ash's contribution to the strength of concrete is limited within first 28 days. The higher W/C is, the less the contribution will be. After ninety days, with the growth of duration time and the activeness of the fly ash concrete coming into effect, this contribution will gradually increase. The strength of fly ash concrete will slowly catch up or even surpass the benchmark concrete. Under low W/C, the increase of the percentage of fly ash in the concrete within a limited amount will not lead to remarkable decrease of early concrete strength. The less the W/C is, the more contribution of fly ash to the strength of concrete will be .The article suggests that fly ash should be used in the mixture ratio design as an independent component, so as to exercise its function in concrete to its utmost.
