| Abstract: | The civil private property has always been attracting attention, confirmed in the constitution will exert a great influence on our country. Integrating the cases, the author not only states the implication and significance of the civil private property regarded as a kind of constitution right, but analyses the protection of the civil private property involving the collection and expropriation for the public advantages, and thinks about establishing appropriate law awareness correlated with civil private property. |
