| 摘 要： | 图书馆法是图书馆事业稳定健康发展的重要保障。本文在对英美两国图书馆法进行详细调查的基础上,从内容体系完备、注重用户参与和效果评估、对弱势群体的保障及关注图书馆网的建立等角度,对英美两国图书馆法的内容进行特色分析。

| Abstract: | Library law is very important for the sustainable development of library.In this article,firstly,some investigation were made on the library laws of United States(USA)and United Kingdom(UK);then,some analysis were done from the angles of content system,user’s participation and results evaluation,the services for the disadvantages,the construction of the net of libraries and so on,to narrative the characteristics of the library laws of USA and UK. |
