| 摘 要： | 通过企业调研和消费者问卷调查,分析了目前南通民营速递业的发展现状和存在问题;根据消费者的评价和诉求,结合南通经济快速发展的水平和优越的地理交通优势,为做大做强南通民营速递业提出了培养专业人才、重视特质服务、利用区位优势、创新校园业务、加强行业合作、争取政府扶持等对策建议。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the current situation and problems existing in the private express delivery industry in Nantong through corporate research and consumer questionnaire survey.The author comes up with the following suggestions to help express delivery industry get stronger,which according to consumer＇s appraisal and complaints,are combined with rapid economic development level and superior geographical advantage of Nantong.It requires enterprises to train professionals,have emphasis on traits service,using regional advantages,innovating campus business,strengthening industrial cooperation and gaining government support. |
