| Abstract: | At present,the burnout state of teaching secretaries in colleges is increasingly dominant,which affects colleges on putting daily teaching management into effect as well as the promotion of the management quality.The author analyzes the reasons why the phenomena occur,and comes up with some countermeasures to respite it in relation with practice. |
