| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料调研、调查访问和数理统计等研究方法 ,对江苏省高校专职教师体育健身活动进行调查研究 ,结果发现目前江苏省高校教师对《全民健身计划纲要》的内容了解偏低 ;体育人口低于全国平均水平 ;中年教师参加体育健身活动的情况较差 ;有组织的体育活动的开展情况较差。对调查结果进行了分析 ,并提出相应的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | By using the method of documentary,interview investigation and mathematical statistics,this paper makes investigation on physical activity condition of college teacher in Jiangsu province.The result shows that college teacher in jiangsu province knows little about national fitness program,the sports population is lower than the level of whole country,middle aged teachers spend little time on physical activity,organized sports activity is not good.Based on it,Suggestion and Countermeasure are put forwarded. |
