| 摘 要： | 基础学位是2000年英国政府正式公布的新的高等教育资格认证方式,目前已经在英国全面展开。基础学位的推行是为了适应英国经济结构的变化,是英国大学新时期发展的必然结果,是倡导“第三条道路”的英国工孝政府的政治选择,体现了高等教育与企业合作理念的发展,反映了当代国际高等教育发展的一个主流思想,对我国有较强的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | The policy of basic degrees is a new form of accreditation for higher education promulgated by the British government in 2000. The implementation of basic degrees is to meet the demands of the changes in economic structure in Great Britain and an ultimate outcome of development of British higher learning institutions. It is political choice made by the Labor Party administration, who calls for "a third way", reflects the development of cooperation between higher education and enterprises and a dominant trend of thought in the development of contemporary international higher education and is therefore inspiring to China's higher education. |
