| 摘 要： | 建设我国的社会主义法制不但要以一般系统的思想理论为指导,而且还要适合中国现有国情和社会主义的初级阶段的实际状况。本文联系中国社会主义法制建设的实际现状,运用系统理论来分析中国社会主义法制建设在法制的相关性、整体性、层次性、结构性、动态开放性等方面所做出的努力以及有待提高的方面,旨在为社会主义法制建设提供建设性建议。

| Abstract: | Constructing Chinese socialist legal system must be not only guided by the general systematic ideology and theory, but also suitable for Chinese current national conditions and the actual situation of the initial stage of socialism.This article, linking with the actual status quo of Chinese socialist legal construction and using the Systematic Theory,analyzes the efforts for Chinese socialist legal construction in the relevance,totality,level,structure and dynamic opening of the legal system,and also discusses the aspects needed to be improved,which are designed for the aim to provide constructive recommendations for the socialist legal system construction. |
