| 摘 要： | 大连市作为东北地区的龙头城市 ,当前要从解决深层矛盾与现存问题入手 ,采取正确对策来落实党和国家的战略部署 :确立创建东北地区经济振兴带的战略取向 ;进一步拓展东北老工业基地的发展空间 ;努力把跨国公司更多地引进东北地区来发展 ;注重从战略上全面调整经济结构 ,面向国内外广泛集聚高等生产要素 ,大力发展东北地区配套成龙的高新技术产业群 ;全面启动东北地区经济一体化的现实进程。

| Abstract: | As a leading city in the Northeast region, Dalian should carry out the strategic deployment of our party and country, starting with the solution of the existing problems and conflicts in depth; set the strategic orientation of establishing the economic rejuvenation belt of the Northeast region; broaden the development room further for the Northeast traditional industrial base; make efforts to introduce more multi-national corporations into the Northeast region; develop the highly coordinated hi-tech industrial groups vigorously, attaching importance to readjusting the all-round economic structure and collecting advanced productive factors home and abroad; carry out the long-term plan of the rejuvenation of the Northeast traditional industrial base; start the overall process of economic coordiantion in the Northeast region. |
